Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Fenzi Studio. By enrolling in classes at this studio, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Payment Policy

• All payments for classes must be made at least 3 days in advance of the scheduled lesson.
• For clients wishing to renew their package, payment for the next bundle must be made by the last lesson of the current package. For example, if your package consists of 8 lessons, payment for the next package must be made on or before the 8th lesson. Failure to do so will result in your slot being offered to a new student.

Payment Process

• To enroll, contact Fenzi Studio to discuss the specific classes or package the student is interested in. Once the details are confirmed, an invoice for the agreed lessons will be sent.
• The invoice must be paid within one day of receipt to secure the spot. Please note that the class is not officially booked until payment is received.
• Once payment is made, the booking is confirmed. There are no refunds available after payment, so ensure readiness to commit to the class schedule when enrolling.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made with less than 3 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled lesson will result in the forfeiture of the payment for that lesson.

Studio Etiquette

• Eating or chewing gum is not permitted during the lesson. Please refrain from such activities to maintain a professional learning environment.

Parent Waiting Area

• Parents of children attending classes are kindly asked to wait in the designated lounge area outside the studio. A spacious and comfortable lounge is available for your convenience.

Respect for Instruments and Equipment

• All students are required to respect the instruments and equipment in the studio. Please handle everything with care.
• Take special care with cables, and ensure they are properly stored after use to avoid damage.
• The studio must remain tidy, and all equipment should be left in good condition. If any equipment is damaged, the responsible party will incur a penalty fee to cover the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged equipment.

Health and Sickness Policy

• To maintain a healthy environment for all students, we kindly ask that children who are unwell, showing signs of illness (fever, cough, runny nose, etc.), or exhibiting contagious conditions refrain from attending classes. Please ensure that your child is feeling well before coming to the lesson. This helps prevent the spread of illness and ensures a productive learning experience for everyone.

By enrolling and attending classes at Fenzi Studio, you agree to these terms. The studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and any changes will be communicated promptly.
